Q: How do I return an item?
We will not be accepting returns/exchanges due to today's climate in terms of health precautions. If you purchase an item it is now your property.
Q: What is your refund policy?
We are very understanding and compassionate with our customers so feel free to email or text us if there is an issue. We are not responsible if you order the wrong size or enter the wrong address BUT we do offer a 30 day guarantee.
Q: What qualifies for a refund?
If the item is defective (with proof) you qualify for a refund within the first 48 hours of delivery and an exchange within the first 30 days. If you order the wrong size you can only get an exchange, where you can order the correct size for free within 30 days.
Q: What do I do if I want a refund?
Email or text us with your issue and we will work out the details from there. The customers are our NUMBER 1 priority.
