Q: How do I return an item?
Please contact us. Upon contacting us it will be a 72 hour time period to generate a return label in which we will send to you. Once the item is shipped back by you we will send a replacement waist trainer.
Q: What is your refund policy?
We are very understanding and compassionate with our customers so feel free to email or text us if there is an issue. We are not responsible if you order the wrong size or enter the wrong address BUT we do offer a 30 day guarantee.
Q: What qualifies for a refund?
If the item is defective (with proof) you qualify for a refund within the first 48 hours of delivery and an exchange within the first 30 days. If you order the wrong size you can only get an exchange, where you can order the correct size for free within 30 days. If you receive an exchange a refund is not possible.
Q: What do I do if I want a refund?
Email or text us with your issue and we will work out the details from there. The customers are our NUMBER 1 priority.
Q: What is the 30 day guarantee?
The 30 day guarantee is the protection that all Fit-O-City Customers receive once purchasing a product. Once the product is recieved the guarantee activates and if the product is the incorrect size or does not fit it can be exchanged if we are contacted within the 30 days.
